Damage prevention.

Each pipeline company must comply with the provisions of chapter 19.122 RCW, to the extent those provisions apply to the pipeline company. A pipeline company violates this rule if the pipeline company fails to comply with chapter 19.122 RCW. Each day a violation persists is a separate violation of this rule. In determining whether a pipeline company has complied with the provisions of chapter 19.122 RCW, the definitions contained in that chapter will apply. The definitions in chapter 480-75 WAC (other than the definition of "hazardous liquid pipeline company") do not apply.
