ICF/IID exceptions to physical plan requirements.

The following regulations do not apply to nursing homes certified exclusively under 42 C.F.R. § 483, Subpart I, or successor laws:
(1) WAC 388-97-2440, regarding the required number of square feet per bed; and
(2) WAC 388-97-2660, regarding cubicle curtains.
