Delegation of authority to director.

(1) Any delegation of authority by the commission under section 2, chapter 31, Laws of 1969, shall be accomplished at a regular or special meeting of the commission, and shall be incorporated in the minutes thereof.

(2) The director may appoint, suspend, and dismiss employees of the agency.
