(1) All nurses applying for reactivation must meet the requirements of WAC 246-12-090 through 246-12-110 and 246-840-120.

(2) If a license is inactive for more than one year, and the nurse has not held an active nursing license in any United States jurisdiction, the nurse must complete ninety-six hours of active nursing practice and eight hours of continuing nursing education within one year of reactivation.
