Regular meetings of the board of trustees of Western Washington University shall be held pursuant to schedules and at locations published annually in the Washington State Register. Any regular meeting of the board may be rescheduled by publishing notice of the changed date and/or location in the Washington State Register at least twenty days in advance of the rescheduled meeting date. If twenty days advance notice of a rescheduled meeting is not given, the meeting is conducted as a special meeting under RCW 42.30.080. All such regular meetings will be conducted in conformance with the laws of the state of Washington and the bylaws of the board.
