Reckless Endangerment.Engaging in Conduct That Creates an Unreasonable Risk of Harm to Another Person Or Property And/Or Other Conduct That Undermines the Safety of the University Community Or Any Person. Engaging in conduct that creates an unreasonable risk of harm to another person or property and/or other conduct that undermines the safety of the university community or any person. Reckless endangerment may include, but is not limited to:
(1) Operating a vehicle while intoxicated;
(2) Operating a vehicle with blatant disregard for the safety of other people and/or property;
(3) Placing hazards in a public right of way;
(4) Throwing objects at moving vehicles or out of buildings;
(5) Tampering with or removing safety equipment and/or signage.
(6) Distribution of a controlled substance or alcohol.
