Failure to:

(1) Comply with lawful directions of university officials, law enforcement officers, or any emergency services personnel acting in performance of their duties;

(2) Identify oneself to university officials, law enforcement officers, or any emergency services personnel when requested to do so; or

(3) Comply with an informal resolution facilitated under UPPM 10.60 or an agreed resolution facilitated by CCS.
