If any provision or clause of this chapter 478-121 WAC, or any application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application and, to this end, the provisions of these rules are declared to be severable.

These rules are additional to any others duly promulgated by the university.
