Preamble.

Pursuant to the authority granted by RCW 28B.10.560 and 28B.20.130, the board of regents of the University of Washington establishes the following rules to govern motorized and nonmotorized vehicle traffic and parking upon lands and facilities of the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.
