Notice of appeal to the superior court.

Any party aggrieved by a DRS final decision and order issued under RCW 41.26.211 may petition for judicial review within thirty days after the decision and order was mailed. Any party wishing to perfect a superior court appeal must comply with chapter 34.05 RCW, the Administrative Procedure Act.
