(1) Each school district must ensure that no student is denied or limited in their ability to participate in or benefit from its course offerings on the basis of a protected status.
(2) Course offerings include all education programs and activities offered or sponsored by a school district, whether those programs or activities take place in a district's facilities or elsewhere.
