Authority.

The authority for this chapter is RCW 28A.150.290, which authorizes the superintendent of public instruction to adopt rules and regulations for the implementation of chapter 28A.150 RCW. This chapter is further authorized under RCW 28A.710.040(5), which provides that charter schools are subject to the supervision of the superintendent of public instruction to the same extent as other public schools.
