If I have cerebral palsy, how do I meet the definition of substantial limitations?
If you have an eligible condition of cerebral palsy, in order to meet the definition of substantial limitations, you must demonstrate the need for direct physical assistance, per WAC
388-823-0760, with two or more of the following activities as a result of your condition:
(1) Toileting;
(2) Bathing;
(3) Eating;
(4) Dressing;
(5) Mobility; or
(6) Communication.
