Qualifications—Licensed nurse as provider, entity representative, or resident manager.

The adult family home must ensure that a licensed nurse who is a provider, entity representative, or resident manager:

(1) Meets the relevant qualifications for their role listed in WAC 388-76-10130; and

(2) Has a current valid cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) card or certificate as required in chapter 388-112A WAC.
