(1) If your request for division of child support (DCS) records is denied, you may file an appeal with the economic services administration (ESA) public disclosure unit, P.O. Box 45445, Olympia WA 98504-5445.
(2) If ESA denies your appeal, you may pursue the other options listed in WAC 388-01-130.
