Board notification of alleged violations.

(1) Whenever a CCO becomes aware of an individual's alleged violation behavior, the CCO must notify the ISRB of the alleged violation(s) within one working day. Notification should be submitted electronically.
(2) Notifications are to include:
(a) The factual circumstances of the alleged violation; and
(b) The date of violation or approximation thereof.
