Recordkeeping.

WAC 308-408C-040
The inspector is required to maintain the following records for a period of three years:
(1) Preinspection agreements signed by the client and the home inspector, including any material correspondence pertaining to the subject property, for all home inspections performed.
(2) Home inspection reports, multimedia, and/or drawings.
(3) Timesheets or similar documentation used to establish proof of field training, when supervising a home inspector applicant/candidate.
