Operator authorization and training.

(1) You must permit only trained and authorized personnel to operate elevating work platforms.
(2) You must train operators in all of the following:
(a) The manufacturer's operating and maintenance manuals;
(b) Your work instructions;
(c) The requirements of this chapter.
