Maintain and balance knives and cutting heads.

(1) You must make sure knives and cutting heads are kept:
(a) Sharp.
(b) Properly adjusted.
(c) Firmly secured.
(2) You must make sure knives are properly balanced when two or more are used in one cutting head.
