Required to declare weight, medication, and required equipment changes at the time of entry.

(1) The owner, trainer, or authorized agent is responsible to declare any weight allowances, including apprentice jockey allowances, at the time of entry. The weight declared at time of entry cannot be reduced after the posting of entries.

(2) The person who enters the horse is responsible to list permitted medications and equipment changes at the time of entry.
