All new permits issued will require beginning of construction of the authorized well(s) within two years after permit issuance. Beginning of construction means that the well drilling has been started and is being actively pursued toward completion. No extensions of time will be granted to this schedule. Violation of this requirement will result in cancellation of the related permits.
