Fueling and battery charging.

(1) You must shut-down the engine while filling fuel tanks.

(2) You must fill fuel tanks and charge batteries in areas that are:

(a) Open and well-ventilated; and

(b) Free of flame, sparks, or other hazards that may cause fire or explosion.
