Guard automatic turning lathes.

You must install hoods that completely enclose the cutter blades, except at contact points where stock is being cut, on the following types of machines:

(1) Shoe last and spoke lathes.

(2) Doweling machines.

(3) Heel-turning machines.

(4) Automatic turning lathes with rotating knives.
