OSPI reserves funds for state-level activities, including state administration and other state-level activities, in accordance with the provisions of 34 C.F.R. Sec. 300.704. OSPI makes distributions of unreserved or unused grant funds, that it receives pursuant to section 611 of the act, to school districts allocated through subgrants in accordance with the provisions of 34 C.F.R. Sec. 300.705.
