Must employers have a written policy regarding the uniformed service shared leave pool?

Each employer must have a written policy which at a minimum addresses:
(1) Eligibility requirements for use of the uniformed service shared leave pool;
(2) Donation of leave;
(3) Use of pool leave; and
(4) Abuse of pool.
