How does a consumer/employer apply to use the referral registry services?

A consumer/employer or consumer representative must complete the registration process in order to use the referral registry. The registration process conducted by local operations must confirm that the consumer/employer is qualified to use personal care or respite care paid for through medicaid or state only funds.
