Operations and procedures.

(1) Formal decision-making procedures are established by the board through rules promulgated in accordance with the requirements of chapter 34.05 RCW, the Administrative Procedure Act.

(2) Informal decision-making procedures of the agency are set forth in the Policies and Procedures Manual referred to under WAC 490-276-030(2).
