What high occupancy vehicles are exempt from paying tolls on the I-405 express toll lanes?

In addition to vehicles described in WAC 468-270-085, high occupancy vehicles including motorcycles and carpools as defined for the facility in WAC 468-270-120 are exempt from tolls if they meet the requirements specified in WAC 468-270-130.
