Emergency evacuation—Notification of department required.

The adult family home must notify the department's complaint resolution unit as soon as possible after resident safety is secure when:

(1) The home is on emergent stand-by for evacuation;

(2) There is any fire; or

(3) Residents were evacuated from the home.
