What happens when a holiday as identified in WAC 357-31-005 falls on Saturday or Sunday?

When a holiday falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday is observed as the nonworking or legal holiday. When a holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday is observed as the nonworking or legal holiday.
