Ticket purchases.

(1) Pick 3 tickets may be purchased or redeemed no less than seventeen hours each day in accordance with a schedule to be determined by the director, provided online retailers shall only sell and redeem tickets during their normal business hours.

(2) Pick 3 tickets may be purchased only from a lottery retailer authorized by the director to sell online tickets.

(3) Each Pick 3 ticket shall contain the player's selection of digits, amount, type of play, and drawing date.
