Filing requirements for out-of-state group policies.

Every issuer providing group medicare supplement insurance benefits to a resident of this state must file with the commissioner, within thirty days of its use in this state, a copy of the master policy and any certificate used in this state, according to the filing requirements and procedures that apply to medicare supplement policies issued in this state.
