Protected health information.

A chiropractor shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1302(a) and 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1302d-1320d-9, the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), 45 C.F.R. Parts 160, 162, and 165.
