Application—Consideration.

(1) Based on the offender's request to participate in a work release program and/or the offender's need to transition through a work release program, the facility classification review team will refer the offender to the appropriate program.

(2) The community corrections officer can make recommendation for placement in a work release program as a result of violation of conditions of supervision in the community.
