Use of compact committee license — Fee.

(1) A person holding a valid compact committee license issued under chapter 67.17 RCW who intends to participate in horse racing in Washington must pay a fee for the use of the compact committee license equal to the cost of the same type of license listed in WAC 260-36-085. The fee will be paid to the compact committee, which will forward any such fees collected to the commission at least monthly.

(2) A person holding a valid compact committee license is exempt from paying the fingerprint fee listed in WAC 260-36-085.
