What does the DDD mobility acuity scale determine?

  The DDD mobility acuity scale determines:

     (1) Your mobility acuity level from the support assessment for children if you are age birth through fifteen; or

     (2) Your mobility acuity level from the SIS assessment if you are age sixteen or older.
