The boarding home must:
(1) Provide water meeting the provisions of chapter
246-290 WAC, Group A public water supplies or chapter
246-291 WAC, Group B public water systems;
(2) Maintain the boarding home water systems free of cross-connections as specified in the edition of
Cross-Connection Control Manual, published by the Pacific Northwest Section of the American Water Works Association, in effect on the date a construction review fee is paid to the department of health, construction review services;
(3) Provide hot and cold water under adequate pressure readily available throughout the boarding home;
(4) Provide all sinks in resident rooms, toilet rooms and bathrooms, and bathing fixtures used by residents with hot water between 105°F and 120°F at all times; and
(5) Label or color code nonpotable water supplies "unsafe for domestic use."
