How is an employee's holiday determined when an employee works a night shift schedule which begins on one calendar day and ends on the next?
For employees working a shift which begins on one calendar day and ends on the next, the twenty-four hour period during which the holiday occurs must be determined by the employer to start either at the start of the shift that begins on the legal or observed holiday, or at the start of the shift that precedes the legal or observed holiday.
