What can I do if I receive a notice of infraction?

WAC 446-105-110
Any person or business that receives a notice of infraction may:
(1) Admit the violation and pay the penalty;
(2) Admit the violation and request a hearing to mitigate the penalty and/or to establish a payment plan; or
(3) Request a hearing to contest the infraction.
