Definition—Other subgrantee.

As used in this chapter, the term "other subgrantee" means the government, nonprofit, or other legal entity to which the state as grantee awards a subgrant, and which is accountable to the state for the use of the funds provided. The subgrantee is the entire legal entity even if only a particular component of the entity is designated in the subgrant award document.
