What happens if a client who is receiving services in a child foster home experiences a significant change?

(1) If a client who is receiving services in a child foster home experiences a significant change, DDA conducts:
(a) A reassessment under WAC 388-828-1500; and
(b) A child foster home rate assessment.
(2) If the child foster home rate assessment results in a rate change, the foster parent receives a 30-day written notice that includes the effective date of the change.
