Course titles reserved for prescribed curriculum courses.

Any education provider desiring to offer any prescribed curriculum courses shall utilize the most recent course curriculum prescribed by the department, and shall include in its title the phrase "fundamentals of home inspection" if submitted for approval for clock hours. No other courses shall use this phrase in their titles.
