Communication.

(1) You must provide crane operators, when practical and safe, with a radio or telephone to be in contact with the signalman or crane chaser in those cases where a signalman or crane chaser is required.

(2) You must make sure cargo handling operations are not carried on when noise-producing maintenance, construction or repair work interferes with communication of warnings or instructions.
