These rules, including any subsequent additions and amendments, apply to waters within and contributing to the Methow River basin, WRIA 48 (see WAC 173-500-040). Chapter 173-500 WAC, the general rules of the department of ecology for the implementation of the comprehensive water resources program, applies to this chapter 173-548 WAC.
