Caregivers must:
(1) Follow the educational plan approved by the children's or youth's caseworkers; and
(2) Enroll school-aged children or youth in public or tribal schools unless there is a court order allowing:
(a) Home schooling;
(b) Private schooling; or
(c) Alternative learning experiences.
