Prohibited parking area(s).

(1) No motor vehicle shall be parked at any place where official signs, curbs, and/or ground markings prohibit parking such as, but not limited to, "tow zone," "fire zone," "prohibited," or "no parking."

(2) No motor vehicle shall be parked within fifteen feet of a fire hydrant.
