Definitions.

As used in this chapter:

(1) "Department" shall mean the department of ecology;

(2) "Director" shall mean the person bearing such title created pursuant to RCW 43.21A.050. "Deputy director" shall mean the person bearing such title created pursuant to RCW 43.21A.100.
