Exemption from provisions of WAC 197-10-800.

The state investment board has reviewed its authorized activities and found them all to be exempt from the provisions of Title 197 WAC. This statement is adopted in compliance with the requirement that the board adopt guidelines consistent with Title 197 WAC.
