Actions of the office of the superintendent of public instruction and school districts that meet requirements of the McKinney-Vento homeless assistance act, 42 U.S.C. Secs. 11431-11435, as it exists on January 1, 2026, also satisfy equivalent requirements established in RCW 28A.707.005 through 28A.707.100 and 28A.707.900.
