AND LAND SURVEYORS

Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.
Purpose: To amend the types and credit amounts of some professional development hours (PDH) that professional land surveyors use when reporting their PDH during renewal periods. Amendments include adjusting the maximum hours for some activities and moving activities towards professionalism as it relates to the practice of land surveying.
Citation of Rules Affected by this Order: Amending WAC 196-16-120.

a. Authored technical paper or article

4. Membership in professional/technical societies or government committees or boards. (Not to exceed 5 PDH/year)

5. For each hour of attendance at professional or technical society meetings with an informational program. (Not to exceed ((5))10 PDH/year)
